This year we have moved the children's school bags into the classroom spaces. This has meant that we can use the LARGE old cloakroom space to put some of the items that were in our transition room and open up all the classroom spaces to give us better flow. These children are using our new 'Exploration Cave' which contains our water tray, sand tray, an easle for painting and creative works and the trampoline for brain breaks. There are also some plans for a lego area created on one of the walls.
We have made a treaty together for using the Exploration Cave and the Literacy Cave so that the children understand how they can show the values in these spaces.
